Your tasks Challenging & varied

  • Support in client management through reliable handling of internal and external contacts as well as processing administrative client requests.

  • Assistance in order processing, including preparation of documents, maintenance of client data, and coordinated communication with clients.

  • Participation in invoicing/billing (advantageous but not mandatory).

  • Optional support in payroll processing through data entry, preparation, and coordination with relevant departments.

  • Communication with employees, health insurance providers, clients, and internal departments to resolve administrative matters.

  • Close collaboration with the sales team by preparing information, maintaining documents, and supporting internal coordination.

  • Careful execution of commercial and administrative routine tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, document management, and data maintenance.

  • Contribution to optimizing internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration and high service quality.

Your profile Convincing & Ambitious

  • Completed commercial or vocational training, e.g., as an office administrator, industrial clerk, office communication clerk, or freight forwarding clerk – or you’re a motivated career starter with a strong record.

  • Initial experience in commercial or administrative tasks, client management, or order processing is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of invoicing/billing and/or an interest in developing expertise in this area.

  • Confident handling of standard commercial processes, MS Office, and digital administration systems.

  • Strong communication skills when dealing with internal and external contacts.

  • Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style with a high degree of service orientation.

  • Willingness to work across teams and support both sales-related and administrative tasks.
