Your tasks Challenging & varied

  • Acquisition and management of new clients – you will build your own customer base and develop stable, trust-based relationships.

  • Recruiting and support of experts for your projects – you connect companies with the right talent.

  • Knowledge transfer through the SOMI Group – you will receive structured onboarding into our way of working.

  • Onboarding across all contract types (TEMP, PERM, CON) – you will gain insight into our entire business model.

  • Skill development in all contract types and their specific characteristics.

Your profile Convincing & Ambitious

  • You have 1–2 years of professional experience outside of the recruiting industry (e.g., in sales, customer service or project-oriented roles).

  • You are motivated by sales, client acquisition, and real responsibility.

  • You are communicative, confident in your demeanor, and able to win people over.

  • You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured manner, and enjoy actively managing projects.

  • A vocational qualification or university degree is a plus – but your mindset matters more than your credentials.

  • You want to grow, learn new things, and truly kick-start your career in sales.
