You are a hunter at heart: your main focus is on active new client acquisition – you build your own client network.

You carry out targeted cold outreach, identify potential opportunities, and inspire new clients with our services.

You manage the entire 360° sales process – from assessing client needs to successful placement.

You place perfectly matched talent in temporary staffing, direct placement, or freelance projects.

You leverage cross-selling opportunities across the entire SOMI Group, maximizing your revenue potential.

You work closely with our Recruiting Center, which supports you in sourcing candidates.
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious

You have initial experience in sales within the staffing industry (approx. 1–3 years), e.g., in temporary staffing, direct placement, or the freelance segment.

You enjoy acquiring new clients and inspiring them with our services – you see cold outreach as an opportunity.

You are highly communicative, make a positive impression, and bring strong negotiation skills.

You are motivated, eager to kick-start your career in sales, and are looking for an environment where you can grow.
