Disciplinary and functional leadership of the services team

Responsibility for the stable operation and continuous development of internal services

Design, optimization and management of service and support processes

Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure effective implementation

Development of service and solution concepts

Cost calculation of service requests, projects and service offerings

Preparation, evaluation and follow-up of offers

Support and active involvement in tenders and bidding processes

Management of external service providers, including budget and quality responsibility

Ensuring security, quality and compliance standards
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious

Several years of experience in a service, IT or operations environment
-
Experience in developing concepts as well as in cost calculation and preparation of service offerings

Initial or several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
-
Solid knowledge of service management, ideally based on ITIL

Experience with modern infrastructures, cloud services or similar environments

A structured, commercially minded and solution-oriented way of working
