In the role of HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will drive all operational HR processes, from contract and personnel management to payroll, supporting managers, analyzing key metrics, and organizing internal workflows and events.

Preparation and administration of employment contracts and contract amendments

Preparation of internal payroll in cooperation with external service providers

Supporting managers in HR-related matters, employee meetings, and amendment agreements

Primary point of contact for all labor law–related matters

Planning and organizing meetings and internal events

Participation in employer branding and marketing activities

Evaluation and analysis of sickness rates and other HR key figures

Documentation and maintenance of employee data

Support in all operational HR topics and organizational tasks
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious

Completed degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
-
3–5 years of professional experience in operational HR

Sound knowledge of labor law and contract drafting

Experience working closely with managers and handling sensitive HR matters

Excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style

Confident demeanor and strong communication presence
