As a Recruiting Manager (m/f/d), you oversee the entire recruiting process – from sourcing the right candidates to successful placement. You build long-term relationships with both talent and clients, ensuring the perfect match. In doing so, you actively shape the talent development of your accounts and contribute to the sustainable growth of SOMI Group.

Your tasks – Challenging & varied

You work closely with the sales team and are responsible for sourcing candidates for our client companies.

You take ownership of the entire recruiting process, from approaching the right candidates to ensuring timely completion of assignments.

You coordinate and manage the complete application process.

You conduct phone and in-person interviews.

You carry out initial outreach via Xing, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

You design recruitment campaigns and are involved in shaping new recruiting strategies.

Do you enjoy working with people and bring a healthy sense of humor?

Do you enjoy making calls and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner?

Are you proficient in German and English, with solid MS Office skills?

As an ambitious career starter or someone with initial work experience, you stand out through a confident appearance, empathy, and negotiation skills.

A completed vocational training or university degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
