Your tasks Challenging & varied

  • Review, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Support with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation and administration of customer invoices
  • Support in accounts receivable management and collections processes
  • Assistance in client management through reliable support of internal and external stakeholders, as well as handling administrative customer inquiries
  • Support in order processing, including preparation of documentation, maintenance of customer records, and coordinated communication with clients
  • Close collaboration with the sales team by preparing relevant information, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal coordination processes
  • Review and follow-up of internal approval workflows
  • Support within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process and other general commercial and administrative activities
  • Participation in the optimization of internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration and a high level of service quality

Your profile Convincing & Ambitious

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Office Management Assistant, Tax Clerk, or a comparable qualification – career starters with strong academic results are also welcome
  • Initial or several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related commercial functions, or a solid understanding of financial accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing processes is advantageous, but not required
  • Experience with DATEV is considered a plus, but is not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style combined with a strong service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
