Your tasks – Challenging & varied
- Review, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation and administration of customer invoices
- Support in accounts receivable management and collections processes
- Assistance in client management through reliable support of internal and external stakeholders, as well as handling administrative customer inquiries
- Support in order processing, including preparation of documentation, maintenance of customer records, and coordinated communication with clients
- Close collaboration with the sales team by preparing relevant information, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal coordination processes
- Review and follow-up of internal approval workflows
- Support within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process and other general commercial and administrative activities
- Participation in the optimization of internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration and a high level of service quality
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an Office Administrator, Industrial Clerk, Office Management Assistant, Tax Clerk, or a comparable qualification – career starters with strong academic results are also welcome
- Initial or several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related commercial functions, or a solid understanding of financial accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing processes is advantageous, but not required
- Experience with DATEV is considered a plus, but is not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style combined with a strong service mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
