As Team Lead Sales (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for leading and developing your sales team. You motivate, nurture talent, and ensure that new clients are acquired and long-term relationships are built. Leading a team of Account Managers (m/f/d) – acting as a mentor, coach, and motivator.

Responsibility for the team’s target achievement, development, and overall success.

Management of 1–2 strategic Key Accounts, including operational sales activities.

Leadership with clear goals, regular feedback, and individual development plans.

Proactively identifying market opportunities and contributing to new client acquisition – both through the team and independently.

Close collaboration with other leaders, management, and the Recruiting Center.

Conducting interviews and providing feedback sessions.

Monitoring KPIs and implementing tailored solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
Your profile – Convincing & Ambitious

3–5 years of leadership experience in sales within the staffing industry.

Several years of hands-on sales experience – e.g., in Key Account Management, temporary staffing, direct placement, or the freelance segment.

Role model: communicative, motivating, assertive, and solution-oriented.

Enjoys developing a team while actively achieving sales success personally.

Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and strong drive to succeed.
